Steve Mayes was born in central Pennsylvania and moved to Northern Virginia in his ealy teens. Steve graduated from college with a B.S. in Economics. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves and has been employed by a variety of financial institutions including, First Union Securities, Wachovia, and Edward Jones Investments. Steve entered into Real Estate practicing commercial and business brokerage. Later, Steve began his career in residential Real Estate brokerage. Steve has been a managing broker, active in transitional housing. Steve has also been involved in non profit organizations and the Affording Housing Task Force of Prince William County. Steve is also an instructor for the Moseley Real Estate Institute.
