Avery-Hess, Realtors® Appoints New Customer Care Coordinator, Property Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Relocation Coordinator
New and Old Faces Alike Bolster Departments
WASHINGTON, DC – (March 1, 2006) – Avery-Hess, Realtors® announced this week four new appointments in the company. Patrick Sprouse will serve as Customer Care Coordinator at corporate headquarters. Joan Ervine, an eight-year veteran with the company, has been promoted to Residential Property Manager. The company also hired a new Property Management Administrative Assistant, Fariba Parvizi. Finally, in the Relocation Department based in Dulles, Trudy Peebles will serve as Relocation Coordinator.
In the newly created Customer Care position, Patrick will respond to inquiries from Internet consumers who visit the company’s recently revamped website, www.averyhess.com, and serve as the main point of contact throughout a consumer’s entire real estate experience.
“We look forward to utilizing this technology to serve clients in an entirely different dimension,” stated company President, Scott Avery. “We are eager to implement systems that allow us to walk the consumer through the process of buying or selling a home seamlessly and with confidence.”
In Property Management, Joan Ervine will oversee the maintenance, condition, and overall care of properties throughout the Washington, DC metro region. Property Management will also be gaining substantial support from Fariba Parvizi, whose background in business administration and communications, combined with her real estate license, will be a great asset in growing this area of Avery-Hess.
Finally, new hire Trudy Peebles’ background in Relocation will be invaluable in helping to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing relocation referrals the company sees daily in its Relocation Department. As a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™(LRECW), an international network of real estate companies who generate high volume of referral and relocation opportunities, Avery-Hess is dedicated to maintaining strong relationships within this network and looks forward to incorporating Trudy’s expertise in doing so.
