Avery-Hess, Realtors Hosts Series of Informational Seminars
Home Buyer Seminars Help Prince William Community Grow
WASHINGTON, DC – (February 17, 2006) – In an effort to help potential home buyers understand a shifting housing market, Avery-Hess, Realtors is stepping up to the plate, hosting a series of monthly Home Buyer Seminars to encourage everyone in the Prince William community to learn about home “shopping,” “budgeting,” “mortgage financing,” and all the necessary steps to owning a home.
“The Home Buyer Seminars that our agents are hosting are a great way for everyone in the community, regardless of financial status, to learn about how they can own their own home. We are proud of our agents’ efforts to walk first-time, or fifth-time home buyers through the process. There is always something new to learn that can make owning a home more attainable,” stated company president Scott Avery.
This month’s seminar will be held on Saturday, February 25 from 2-4pm at the Dale City Rec Center, and will be hosted by prominent speakers in the local real estate and mortgage market. Attendees will received a packet of budget worksheets, an affordability analysis, copies of common contracts used today, and FREE credit review and approval from Choice Mortgage, LLC.
