Mr. Kulkarni is charged with leading Avery-Hess' Marketing efforts & Brand Management, IT infrastructure and implementation strategy, Mortgage unit, E-Commerce business unit and Brokerage Services. Prior to joining Avery-Hess, Realtors, Mr. Kulkarni was responsible for the marketing and web development at IPA, an industry-leading consulting firm specializing in the benchmarking of capital projects and capital project performance.
